Design and Access Statement. This is submitted with a planning application and sets out the design principles that the applicant has adopted to make the proposal fit into its wider context |
Development Plan |
The combined policy documents of the Local Plan, Minerals and Waste Plans. The Minerals and Waste Plans are prepared by Surrey County Council who has responsibility for these functions |
